Movers: Appointment at RMG:Connect

RMG:Connect has made three promotions across its planning and client services departments.

Tony Effik, who worked on last year's DMA gold- and silver-winning B&Q business-to-business campaign, becomes the agency's planning director. Rachel Armstrong-Jones has been promoted to group head on Weight Watchers, Tourism Ireland and COI, while Duncan Hughes becomes account director on Shell.
