In his new role, Holliday-Williams will be responsible for More Th>n's above- and below-the-line marketing activity, as well as its profit and loss. He will also oversee marketing for R&SA's personal intermediated business and will report to Adrian Brown, the UK director of personal insurance for R&SA. Holliday-Williams joins next month.

Holliday- Williams will replace Mike Tildesley, who left last year to join the Royal Bank of Scotland-owned insurance brand Direct Line.
