Movers: Appointment at Tullo Marshall Warren

Tullo Marshall Warren has hired Dug Falby as a senior digital consultant of its interactive division, digitaltmw.

Falby joins from the online consultancy Pumpernickle, where he spent three years as the head of innovation, helping brands communicate with online communities. In his new role, he will be tasked with helping TMW's clients take advantage of new opportunities such as blogging.

Ross Taylor, the director of digitaltmw, said: "We recognise that there has been a significant shift in the use of the internet, where individuals are taking a lead role in writing independent reviews and blogs on brands through portals such as MySpace and Bebo. We have appointed Dug to keep us ahead of the curve in terms of learning how to make the most of this online evolution and how our clients can collaborate with and support the growing number of online communities."
