Movers: Appointment at WDMP

Graham Pugh - The Richmond-based direct response agency WDMP has hired Pugh as its creative director.

Pugh joins from FCB London, where he spent six years as the deputy creative director. He replaces Fraser Metcalfe, who left the agency at the end of February to write a book and concentrate on other interests. During his time at FCB, Pugh created award-winning work for the agency's integrated accounts, such as Waitrose, Heal's, The National Trust and Castrol. Before that, he spent five years at Team Saatchi, working on accounts including Purple Loans and Central Trains.

Gavin Wheeler, the managing director of WDMP, said: "Persuading someone of Graham's calibre to take the creative lead at WDMP is another milestone for us. He is a true integrated thinker and will add significantly to our creative offering."
