Phil Smith will replace Mike Hughes as director general at ISBA. His post begins on 9 January 2017. Smith was previously marketing director at Kraft before taking on a number of tech start-up roles
Twitter's Adam Bain, who led the development of ad sales and rose to the position of chief operating officer, is leaving the company.
Bain will be replaced by chief financial officer Anthony Noto and will stay with the company for a few weeks to assist with the transition. The social media company is also searching for a new chief financial officer.
News UK has appointed chief customer officer Chris Duncan as managing director for The Times and The Sunday Times.
The company has also appointed David Robinson, previously the director of betting and gaming, as managing director of The Sun and The Sun on Sunday.

William Hill has appointed Robin Terrell, Tesco's former chief customer officer as a non-executive director. He starts his new role on will take up the role on 2 January 2017.
MRM Meteorite has promoted managing director Olly Foot and chief strategy officer Chris Whitson to joint chief executives as the agency proclaims a "new chapter" in its history.

The Marketing Agencies Association has hired Andrew Reeves, ex-commercial director of M&C Saatchi and Andrew Marsden to work closely with the internal team at the MAA offering support across the more commercial elements of the trade body.
