Medwinds, which takes its name from "winds of the Mediterranean", originates from Barcelona and is due to launch in Spain and the UK next month.
The company intends to roll out the brand to wider international markets, if the launch is a success.
The online store, which targets men and women, will sell Medwinds' own brand of clothing, footwear and accessories.
MPG Media Contacts will be responsible for defining the brand’s media strategy and approach.
