The team will work on off and online business for the Microsoft and Nortel accounts. They will report into Matt Mayers, group creative director at MRM Worldwide UK.
Laret and Forsyth won more than 20 awards for their work at Draftfcb on among others Saab, Oxfam and the Training and Development Agency.
They were also nominated as 2006 Cannes finalists for their work on the Oxfam "I'm In" campaign.
Forsyth said: "What excited us about MRM is that it's ahead of the game in so many ways. They have recognised for a long while that the traditional divides between marketing disciplines no longer apply.
"In the new marketing landscape, big ideas should be able to live in all mediums. Any agency that doesn't realise this is effectively being left behind."
