The music title, which is a brand extension of the Channel 4 music programme Popworld, is set to launch in the spring and will be published by The Brooklands Group.
The agency will work closely with the publisher in developing a communications strategy for the launch.
The Brooklands Group has yet to choose a buying agency and will make the decision once the launch strategy has been devised.
The Naked Inside partner Andy Griffin said: "It's great to be helping with such a high-profile, interesting title - the music market has clearly experienced a period of rapid and significant change in recent years, from the genres and artists that are popular, and formats for buying and listening through to the media that covers and celebrates it. Our work with and for the publisher will reflect that change and help make Popworld Pulp a success."
The publisher, Gyles Abbott, said: "Much has changed in the way consumers engage with music. This launch will recognise this and will have a unique take on the subject."
