This interactive campaign makes an example of the great lengths people could go to in order to get a free Nando's, rather than just using the rewards on their loyalty card.
Almost two million Nando’s customers have rewards on their cards but aren’t using them. Karmarama has placed giant rewards cards on interactive billboards across the UK, encouraging people to pull them off and claim a meal for 10 people. Smaller sites will offer a reward of dinner for one. On social media, users who screen-shot their Nando’s Card also have a chance to win a free meal.
