Despite appointing VCCP to its creative account in March, Nationwide's latest campaign comes from its in-house team. The TV ad, which breaks during Britain’s Got Talent on 31 May, tells the story of a father and son who share a special scarf and the Nationwide employee who goes beyond the call of duty to return the item when it is lost. The TV work is supported by online, press and cinema, and positions the brand as an alternative in the banking sector. It was directed by Adam Etheridge through Aspect Film and Video. VCCP will work on future campaigns.
