The teenage lifestyle title will be published fortnightly from 22 October.
Preview issues will appear in Top of the Pops magazine on 7 October and It's Hot! on 14 October.
Dare, which targets ten- to 14-year-old girls, will be priced at £1.60 with 68 pages and its launch will be backed by in-store promotions.
The magazine will run investigative features, celebrity interviews and features on relationships and fashion.
