It is understood that the agency has shut down its offices in France, Japan, Hong Kong and Australia as well as the UK due to problems caused by the unstable digital market. The agency, whose clients include IBM and Harper Collins, will maintain a presence in the UK by keeping a few staff on and claims it intends to return to the abandoned markets in due course.
