At News Group, he will take responsibility for advertising, sponsorship, email and mobile revenues across thesun.co.uk, page3.com, and newsoftheworld.co.uk.
He replaces Darren Davidson, who left in October to join IPC as its digital advertising director.

Giles Ivey, the former sales director at AOL UK, recently joined News Group's sister division Times Media in an equivalent role.
