News International has launched a poster campaign to mark the 25th-anniversary edition of The Sunday Times Rich List, which is published on 21 April. Grey London created the work, which first appeared in The Sunday Times on 7 April but has since appeared on outdoor, digital and point-of-sale platforms. The posters depict celebrities included in the Rich List behind a bar chart illustrating their fortune from 1989 to 2013. Sir Paul McCartney, Lord Sugar and Daniel Radcliffe were featured in the initial executions. Other celebrities are planned for use nearer the publication date. With a fortune of £196 million, WPP’s Sir Martin Sorrell is the richest adman on the list. The work was created by Pauline Ashford and Mike Kennedy. Retouching was by Tom Fryer.
