In the seven years that Hall has been in senior marketing at the price-comparison site, it has ballooned from 17 to more than 200 employees, with more than 40 now working in marketing. Hence the restructure earlier this year, in which the function was completely overhauled to be more nimble. This led to the resilient, determined marketer being handed the broadcast remit, a fiercely competitive channel in price comparison. Luckily, the self-confessed tech geek loves a challenge and the constantly changing nature of media. Hall is an active CIM member and was this year invited to be a judge of the IPA Awards.
