Ratcliffe has continued his digital charge, launching finance and part-exchange valuation tools online and on mobile, as well as bringing iPad-based sales tools to Audi centres across the UK. He also oversaw the launch of sub-brand Audi Sport and is particularly proud of the accompanying ‘Birth’ film, which picked up a Gold at Cannes. To get the pulses racing, he has been known to turn up unannounced at BBH Audi team meetings.
