Since joining from BT in April 2013, Ratcliffe has continued to lead the digital transformation of the car marque, from bedding in interactive technologies in showrooms to making the online customer journey flow better. His tenure so far has been defined by his push for the brand to be synonymous with higher-value and premium-performance models. To this end, he has focused on campaigns for the Quattro, Audi Motorsport and Audi’s ultra-efficiency C02 technology. Launching the third-generation Audi TT – the model that redefined the Audi brand image in the UK – has been a career highlight.
