Nike "Cycle syncing" by R/GA London

Nike partnered R/GA and leading female physiologist Stacy Sims to build the first ever cycle syncing training collection on the Nike Training Club App.

The work aims to help educate women on how to sync their training to their menstrual cycle, so that they can perform better but also optimise their energy and listen to their body’s needs during every phase of their cycle. It launched across Nike Women’s global social handle and in the Nike Training Club app.

In Sims’ book Roar, she talks about how much of the fitness industry takes a "shrink it and pink it" approach to women – taking things for men, making them smaller and pinker, and then relabelling them "for women". The new Nike collection aims to overturn this approach and create training that is truly customisable and useful for women.
