Bibby is now just a year into her role at O2, owned by Telefónica, and has already presided over several changes designed to redefine O2’s position, as the brand’s emphasis shifts to digital services. O2 has undergone various marketing rejigs under Bibby, with head of brand Shadi Halliwell leaving the business, and Ian Cafferky promoted to oversee content, social media and the brand team. Before joining the mobile firm, Bibby was chief marketing officer at Barclaycard, where she led its Bespoke Offers programme.
