NMTV considers internet flotation

The company is aiming for a market value of almost £800 million, which would make it potentially the biggest in Britain behind Freeserve.

The news follows the conclusion of a new round of funding. Amadeus Capital Partners led an £11 million capital injection with money from Schroder Ventures and a European syndicate made up of Dresdner Kleinwort Benson.
