Nobay to join Bozell New York to develop integrated offering

David Nobay, the former creative partner of Anthem, has been hired by Bozell in New York as its executive creative director of relationship marketing.

by Bozell in New York as its executive creative director of relationship

marketing.



Nobay will work alongside Bozell’s other executive creative director,

Brent Boushon, across a range of clients, which include Chrysler-Jeep,

Bank of America, the New York Times, Carlsberg and the award-winning

milk account.



Bozell has no standalone below-the-line offering in the US, and Nobay’s

brief is to develop integration in the above-the-line agencies,

beginning with New York and then spreading to Seattle, Detroit and other

offices across the US.



The news comes a week after Nobay’s erstwhile managing partner, James

Pool, joined Delaney Fletcher Bozell in London as its relationship

marketing director (Campaign, last week).



’There is a great vibe in New York at the moment - it’s very

entrepreneurial,’ Nobay said. ’In the UK, people are tightening their

wallets somewhat and going back to safe options. There’s lots of money

going around in New York and there’s a huge amount of new business.’
