NSPCC "astronaut" by Leo Burnett

The NSPCC introduces the tagline "Every childhood is worth fighting for" in its latest TV spot.

Leo Burnett created the campaign after winning the business in 2014. The ad launched during Educating Cardiff on Channel 4 and the action takes place in the imagination of a boy, who is shown training to become an astronaut as he talks about his abusive stepfather. A woman’s voice says that when children are free from abuse, they are free to dream. The work was created by Matt Lee and Pete Heyes, and directed by Chris Hewitt through Knucklehead.
