"O human being" by Anomaly London

Anomaly London's annual Christmas film takes a dark turn.

Narrated by actor Richard E. Grant, this year’s story is about a family of Christmas trees that abduct a man called Peter, chop his feet off, stand him in the corner of their living room, and decorate him in tinsel and lights. The film follows Peter’s existential journey through his hostage, mutilation and torture as he devises a plan of escape — ultimately delivering a powerful (if terrifying) Christmas message for children. "O human being" is the latest in a series of stellar festive ads from Anomaly: last year’s "Dear Satan", narrated by Patrick Stewart, and "12 days of Christmas: a tale of avian misery", narrated by Phoebe Waller Bridge in 2016.
