- Ogilvy & Mather is to add a new layer of creative management to its New York office.
The move, which will see the creation of five new executive creative directors, is designed to free up co-president Rick Boyko, who currently has around a dozen or so creative directors reporting in to him.
Internally four creative directors are promoted to executive creative director and the fifth comes with the hiring of David Page, formerly executive creative director at M&C Saatchi New York.
Ross Sutherland and Michael Ward become executive creative directors on the Ford corporate account, Jaguar, Kraft General Foods, and the non-Jerry Seinfeld American Express work.
Page joined last week and will partner David Apicella. The fifth executive creative director is Chris Wall, who will oversee IBM work.
