Ocado to sponsor five's Big Love

Five has secured Ocado as the sponsor for its imported HBO drama Big Love.

Ocado, the online supermarket delivery service backed by Waitrose, has committed to a sponsorship package that includes idents around 12 peaktime episodes of the series and credits during on-air trailers.

The Ocado sponsorship starts on five with the opening double bill of the series on 12 June at 9pm. The deal was negotiated between five and Starcom +, with idents produced by Brave.

Big Love, which features the antics of a polygamist home-improvement store owner in Utah, is the first HBO drama series to be transmitted on five. The show, which stars Bill Paxton and Chloe Sevigny, fills the gap in five's schedule created by the end of the first series of Prison Break.
