Ogilvy wins Government UK Online pitch

The agency pitched against Grey Advertising and D'Arcy to secure the business. The appointment marks the Government's commitment to getting the majority of the UK population online by 2005. The project will also see the opening of 600 UK Online centres by March 2001.
