OMD chief executive Manning to step down

LONDON - Nick Manning, the chief executive of OMD, is to leave the agency.

Manning, who has been in the role since 2004 having previously run Manning Gottlieb OMD, the agency he founded with Colin Gottlieb in 1990, is expected to step down next spring.

During his time as chief executive, Manning created OMD's group structure and worked with sister Omnicom agency PHD on the creation of Opera.
