The Omnicom agency beat Aegis-owned Carat and Publicis-owned Zed Media to keep the business, which covers planning and buying across TV, press, radio, online and new media.

NS&I has also appointed Kitcatt Nohr Alexander Shaw to handle its direct marketing account after a final pitch against the incumbent, EHS Brann and Proximity.

NS&I, which is government-owned, is forced to review its agency relationships every five years. The appointments complete the statutory review it kicked off in September.
