The Omnicom-owned network, the incumbent on the Nissan business in the region, triumphed after a final head to head pitch against Carat, which handles media duties for Renault.
Renault/Nissan, which have a relationship through a joint-venture ownership structure, called the pitch to create savings and encourage closer working between the two brands on media activity.
Havas' MPG, Publicis' VivaKi and Group M had earlier been knocked out of the process.
The result means that Carat will lose the UK Renault planning and buying business.
This is likely to move into Manning Gottlieb OMD, which currently handles Nissan.
