Omniwomen "Bring your stereotype to work'" by TBWA\London

Omniwomen marks International Women's Day with posters celebrating outdated ideas about female leadership.

Referencing stereotypes such as "emotional", "empathetic" and "vulnerable", the campaign encourages people to embrace their perceived shortcomings by focusing on the positive impacts of these character traits. For example, while a flexible leader is praised for being "persuasive", kind individuals make the "tough decisions" others aren’t willing to take responsibility for.

The campaign was created by Cyndall McInerney and Fleur Willems, with design by Luke McClure and Aaron Moss.
