difficulty in getting senior executives of stature and talent to take on

extended roles in industry affairs.



What’s more, as the CAP confronts such contentious and complicated

issues as the control of political advertising and a truly workable

internet policing system, it can no longer rely exclusively on

well-intentioned part-timers.
