So Grey is overhauling its global structure to enable ’the next generation to move into place to build the agency of the future’. Strange, therefore, that an organisation whose employees are mostly non-Americans has not seen fit to put one on the holding company board. For all its radical pretensions, the network finds it hard to break from the tried and trusted US-led management.
