The Patagonia brand is hoping to inspire others in its mission statement: "Build the Best Product. Cause no unnecessary harm. Use business to inspire and implement solutions to the environmental crisis."
Reinforcing the mission statement, Patagonia has also created three murals across East London located on Curtain Road, Ebor Street and Great Eastern Street.
Patagonia will also offer a series of events including workshops, talks and film screenings.
On 9 November it will run two events: ‘An introduction to Grassroots Activism’ with Surfers against Sewage for students followed by ‘Why supporting Grassroots Activism is important’ for consumers.
The event will end with a two-day thrift shop launching on Black Friday selling second-hand, repaired Patagonia products.
In April the brand offered consumers the chance to have their clothing repaired for free.
