Peroni Nastro Azzurro has released a cinema ad that takes inspiration from the past as the beer brand celebrates its 50th year. The 60-second spot was created by The Bank and will run in UK cinemas throughout 2013 and 2014. It features scenes from the 30s and 60s, highlighting important moments in Italy’s history, such as the success of the SS Rex liner, which crossed the Atlantic in 1933 in four days and 13 hours. The spot was created and directed by Ian Cassie.
