Peter Scott returns to agency frontline

Engine is restructuring its management line-up. Peter Scott, the executive chairman, is taking over Stephen Woodford's role, while Robin Wight becomes the non-executive chairman.

The agency group, which includes WCRS, Personal and Meme, will also undergo a management restructure. The agencies' chiefs will sit on each other's boards in an attempt to strengthen its cross-disciplinary capabilities.

In addition, Julian Hough, one of the WCRS partners, will rejoin the group after two years on secondment at 3. He will work as the group development director and as the executive chairman of Meme.

Wight said: "It is with some sadness that we have accepted the resignation of one of our MBO partners. Stephen takes with him our sincere thanks for ten years as a member of the WCRS senior team and more recently as the chief executive of Engine."
