Corporate is the last word you would use to describe Snare, who sees marketers as the company anarchists and disruptors. Instead, the mention of her name prompts descriptors such as people person, good fun, inspiring and frank. All these qualities allow her to get stuff done. Lots of stuff.This year, she has led the launch of the Surface tablet, unveiled fitness device Microsoft Band, rolled out the first free service for MS Windows 10 and restructured the marketing function. Snare is about to go on gardening leave for several months before joining Facebook, where she will be director of business marketing for EMEA.
