In pictures: Appear Here celebrates Paris launch with Fashion Week pop-up

Pop-up retail specialists Appear Here opened a temporary store in Paris for the city's Fashion Week yesterday (3 March), where it will remain until 12 March.


Designed to celebrate the company’s foray into the international market, The Appear Here Collection showcases both Paris and London-based brands.

Visitors can expect to browse emerging fashion, accessories and lifestyle brands, as well as learn about the stories behind them. These include Ada + Nik, La Claque, Roamers and Seekers, Suitcase Magazine and Wonderluk.

Appear Here has also teamed up with local brands, artisans and creatives to host events and workshops within the space. Sofar Sounds is set to deliver a music gig from 7-11pm tomorrow (5 March), La Claque is offering an all day brunch and coffee experience on Sunday (6 March), and a speaker session on female entrepreneurship is scheduled for 9 March.

The store is situated at 130 Rue de Turenne in the Marais, which is located in close proximity to Paris' Fashion Week base. 

Appear Here has secured retail space for brands such as Apple, Net-a-porter, Propercorn and Finery London, as well as raised over $10 million since its launch in 2013. 

Ross Bailey, founder of Appear Here said: "Ideas are what powers our business, so to celebrate our launch in Paris, we’ve curated a collection of our favourite ideas from our community under one roof. Paris marks the first step in our mission to build a global network of spaces, so we can make it easy for brands like these to access great spaces and make their ideas travel."

In November 2014 Appear Here revealed that global expansion was on the cards.
