In pictures: Barclaycard delivers world's longest tasting menu

Barclaycard's deals website, Bespoke Offers, hosted The 200 Club 24-hour dining event with Bompas & Parr from 8am yesterday (3 September), and it concluded at 10am today (4 September).

The event saw Paul Davies, who won one of two tickets to the experience, dine on 10 meals comprising a total of 200 courses. He was joined another 43 people, who consumed one of the meals, or 20 dishes, in two-hour sessions.

The event saw eight renowned chefs cook up food for guests within a converted warehouse in south London. The menu featured a blue tortilla creation, swimmer crab dish, K-town fried chicken wings and blueberry sriracha, as well as sweet treats such as bacon ice cream, cherry and pink peppercorn jelly and coffee-compressed watermelon.

Each meal was accompanied by its own Pantone theme, such as Yellow Breakfast, Purple Tiffin and Orange Drunchies. The event conclued with the 'Multi-Coloured Final Countdown' meal, which showcased the best dishes served over the 24-hours.

The 200 Club event marks the launch of a month of dining-focused offers on the deals website.

In other Barclaycard news, the company recently teamed up with Lyle & Scott to create what it claims to be the world's first contactless payment jacket
