In pictures: Havana Club rum VR experience

Rum brand Havana Club has launched its virtual reality (VR) experience, Casa Havana, in Soho, built on the foundation of Havana's cultural pillars of food, music, colour and drink.

The launch, which took place yesterday (11 August), showcased a space which homes a lively bar, ticketed restaurant space and artwork, all curated and inspired by Havana. The brand's VR experience, housed in a secret space within ‘Casa Havana’ was aimed at those very much in the know, allowing a select few lucky visitors to experience Havana life through past years and into the present day.

Agency Found Studio worked on the project; its previous project, The Room, inspired this one, which uses VR combining real time 3D animation and storytelling using Oculus’ most up to date headset.

Havana Club has previously launched mojito pop-ups  as well as devising activations at Rumfest
