Rebel Stores is open every Tuesday to Sunday at 16 Cheshire Street in Shoreditch. The concept aims to give visitors a first glance into the world to be created for Secret Cinema’s immersive presentation of Star Wars on 4 June-27 September.

Shoppers will be able to purchase apparel for their experiential journey, discover Rebel X tactics and learn how to gain access to the nearby secret Rebel base.

In addition to the stores, Secret Cinema has created a ‘secret communications network’ online that will given ticket-holders exclusive access to latest news, radio and video transmissions and a chatroom to connect them to other guests.

Once they have been provided with a code, visitors to the Rebel X wesbite will be able to retrieve their personalised ID, which will inform them of their rank, name and required dress code for the main event. So far, the website has counted 20,000 registrations.

The immersive cinema company opened its Star Wars-themed Secret Nightclub earlier this month.
