Sony recently hosted a 'hi res' silent disco with publication Time Out in London, as part of its #ICan campaign to promote the Xperia Z3+ smartphone.

The event was held in Wilton’s Music Hall in east London on 5 August. Music lovers were given their own set up headphones and a choice of DJ sets to listen to, created by DJs Alex Rochford, Charlotte Hatherley and Nick Saich.

Guests were also given the chance to gain access to the experience’s VIP area throughout the evening. Here, Sony had installed listening booths where partiers could sample the brand’s Hi-Res Audio headphones and the Xperia Z3+.

The disco was designed to celebrate the Z3+'s audio quality, with the event dubbed '#ICanHearItAll'.

The next event in the #ICan series is a 48-hour movie marathon, taking place on 21-23 August at House of Vans in Waterloo. Hosted in association with the creators of the Rooftop Film Club, the marathon will feature films such as Breakfast at Tiffany’s and Top Gun, as well as new releases such as Amy and Mad Max.

The event aims to showcase the Sony Xperia Series’ long-lasting battery life.

Earlier in June, Sony led a 10km dusk run dubbed ‘#ICan see in the dark’ led by fitness collective Run Dem Crew.
