The Post Office is in the middle of a statutory ad review but the agency cites "internal conflict" at the Post Office, the postponement of the Post Office Bank launch and "the continuing absence of meaningful investment" as factors behind the decision.

That leaves Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe/Y&R, Fallon, JWT, Karmarama, The Red Brick Road and Dare. W&K said it is too busy working on other client business to manage the pitch.
Those agencies that got excited when they received a mystery brief from DSG International a few months ago could have been forgiven for thinking the process had been scrapped after hearing nothing from the client for more than three months. Word is that the process is to be reignited after Christmas, and the winner will be responsible for launching "Knowhow", the new technical support service that will replace Dixons' existing TechGuys brand.
