Skype's shortlist for its £60 million global account asks agencies to pair up with design agencies. After cutting its list down from seven, it has decided upon the partnerships of TBWA\Media Arts and Wolff Olins, Euro RSCG and Conran Design, DraftFCB and FutureBrand, and Rapp and Interbrand.
And, according to sources, the agencies in search of a perfect partnership with the dating site Match.com are Fallon, Mother, DDB, VCCP and Bartle Bogle Hegarty. Rumour has it that some are cajoling their single staff (and even some of their attached employees) to sign up to the site - for research purposes only, of course.
The Credit Suisse pitch is nearing a conclusion with Euro RSCG and TBWA\ waiting for a decision that is supposed to be coming on Friday. McCann Erickson, DDB and Saatchi & Saatchi were knocked out at an earlier stage.
