Tervoort has been busy working on increasing the demand for Heineken’s alcohol-free beer and cider products, which were promoted through its "Say yes" campaign launched in March and created by Twelve. Sustainability has also been front of mind, with a partnership between Heineken cider brand Old Mout and the WWF that aims to protect natural habitats around the world. Tervoort’s other focus has been on the digital side of the business, bringing a number of functions, previously handled by media agencies, in-house. "We have created internal connections between marketing, trade marketing, ecommerce, sales and our pubs to link all touchpoints in the consumer journey while investing in marketing technology," she said.
