The accounts, together worth an estimated £1 million, were won without a pitch. They were previously held by McCann Erickson before Premier rationalised its roster from three agencies to two in October.
The win means that DLKW now works on four Premier brands. It handles the Cadbury's Hot Chocolate brand and won the Ambrosia account in May in a pitch against DDB London and FCB.
Tom Knox, DLKW's joint managing director, said: "We are delighted to be strengthening our relationship with Premier Foods. It is a further opportunity to work on some great British brands."
Premier Foods now claims it will be increasing investment in its brands.
