The website, one of the UK’s leading property search websites, is in the process of contacting shops and will hold credentials meetings next week. It currently handles creative in-house.

It is understood that the company is also planning to hold a media review of the main account and of TV buying for Primelocation’s sister company However, a formal pitch has yet to be called.

The successful advertising agency will take responsibility for all of Primelocation’s ?above-the-line communications. Future campaigns will aim to encourage online property browsing in the face of the slump in the housing market.

The media account incumbent is Direct MediaCom, while Mediavest handles the findaproperty account.

The review follows a media pitch for, one of Primelocation’s main competitors.

Edwards Groom Saunders was appointed to handle the website’s communications planning business in July of this year, and awarded media buying to MPG earlier this month.
