Primesight completes Titan roadside acquisition

LONDON - Titan Outdoor has concluded the sale of its roadside estate to rival outdoor company Primesight.

The Titan roadside portfolio includes 7,900 48-sheet sites and 700 96-sheet sites and its sale to Primesight, which previously owned 13,000 6-sheet and 140 large format "backlit" panels, will leave Titan to focus on its Network Rail contracts and business in shopping centres.

Talks between Titan and Primesight, exclusively revealed by Campaign  (23 July), have resulted in a deal that will see the sites transfer to Primesight by 1 September.

Naren Patel, the chief executive of Primesight, said: "We are great believers in the power of large format roadside billboards and look forward to marketing these fantastic locations."
