In our Private View feature, we ask top creatives from around the world to pick their country's best new work. This month, we take a look at what's hot in The Netherlands

PHILIP INGEVICS, Benjamens van Doorn Euro RSCG

Philip joined BvD Euro RSCG in March 2000 as creative director. His award-winning and nominated campaigns include work for Peugeot, the Dutch Ministry of Internal Affairs and Nokia Game. He previously worked at FHV/BBDO Netherlands, BBDO Dusseldorf, Grey Hong Kong and JWT Sydney.

After graduating from Watford College's creative course, Mawdesley worked at several leading London agencies. He moved to The Netherlands with EuroRSCG in the early 90s, developing work for larger, pan-European clients as well as local accounts. He claims this mix of global and 'ground floor' perspectives has helped to earn him several creative awards.

Marcel Hartog, 35, started as a copywriter for Result DDB after studying marketing and advertising. At Result he met his partner, Jeroen van Zwam. After eight years' working for clients such as McDonald's and Sony, they moved to PMSvW/Y&R Amsterdam to become creative directors, overseeing work for Amstel, KPN Mobile and KLM.
