TIM DELANEY, Leagas Delaney

After starting in an ad agency mailroom, Delaney became a copywriter at Y&R before joining BBDO, where he became creative director and then managing director. In 1980 he founded Leagas Delaney. He was D&AD president in 1992 and has received the D&AD president's award and BTAA chairman's award.


Wnek started as a copywriter at Lowe Howard Spink before becoming a board member. For seven years, he was a copywriter and board member at Ogilvy, creating Guinness's famous 'Pure Genius' campaign. In 1994, he left to spearhead Euro RSCG Wnek Gosper. Award-winning work includes Peugeot and CRE.


Shelbourne joined JWT in 1983 as a junior copywriter after three years on a North Sea oilrig. After producing work for Lowenbrau, Kit Kat and Nintendo, he joined the board in 1990. In 1993, he became deputy creative director and then executive creative director. He oversees output for clients including Nestle.
