The Seattle based company is particularly strong in the technology, healthcare, retail and consumer goods sectores and boasts an integrated marketing unit which spans its advertising and public relations divisions.

Publicis' EvansGroup acquisition follows its purchase of the San Francisco based advertising agency, Hal Riney, last month.

Publicis now ranks among the top 15 advertising agencies in the US. Its $1.4 billion in US billings making the US Publicis second largest market.
